Fuse-links with gR and aR characteristic are low voltage ultra-quick fuse-links, and are used for the protection of semiconductor devices.

Fuse-links with gR characteristic are intended for the semiconductor protection in range from the highest overloading up to the short circuit currents witch correspond to the rated breaking capacity of fuse-link.

Fuse-links with the aR characteristic provide limited range of protection. They break all currents from a multiple of rated current up to the breaking capacity of  fuse - link. By lower overload additional protection is necessary.
